Bluetooth PIR sensor is a passive infrared sensor with Bluetooth 5.0 technology, it converts the infrared signal to current or voltage, and trigger the BLE advertisement.
It alert the App or send advertisement to gateway.
Accordingly, they are used to detect presence, occupancy, and count.
● S2 Passive Infrared Sensor Beacon uses ultra low power consumption nRF52 series chipset and BLE 5.0 technology, as well as a energy saving PIR sensor.
● S2 PIR sensor beacon has 110 degree wide detection angle and 8-12 meters detection range.
● S2 Bluetooth PIR sensor can configure the monitoring period, avoid unwanted alert and activate the PIR sensor in specific period.
● S2 PIR sensor beacon also has a very strong BLE signal.
● S2 PIR sensor is stylish designed, it can use for indoor location-based service, such as people counting, door open/close, security alarm and etc.

Usage ScenarioS
Smart Office
S2 Passive Infrared Sensor can sense the infrared singal of human body, and converti into voltage signal and trigger detection. It used for Smart office, conference/convenction center to monitor the occupancy, availability of the meeting room. When someone enters the room or occupied, it will trigger advertisement and data will be uploaded by gateway to backend. The administrator will get notification and take action accordingly.
Smart Home & Security
S2 PIR Sensor can be used for home security, monitor the human entering 24 hours real-time, or set the period you want to monitor.
It is easy to install and deploy. It support flexible installation and wide angle of detection. It also support adjust multi direction with rotating bracket.
You can set personlized parameters based on your need, for example, you can set PIR detection time period and alarm by App and gateway.
